I have a 75gal tank with about 50lb live rock, 10 fish, a few small corals and about 3 in of aragonite gravel. Should I regularly vacuum the gravel or is whatever is in the gravel part of the biofilter? Brian

That depends on what substrate you have. If you have a deep sand bed than just leave it be. You can suck the very, and I do mean, very top off just to get some of the big chunks out of the tank. But if you have a shallow sand bed, or gravel, crushed coral or other large substrate you will have to vacuumed it to get all the gunk out. It sounds like your tank is in this category. Good luck!
