I had some grape caulerpa that almost completely took over my tank. I scrubbed the rocks twice and it still came back, until I got a yellow tang. He ate it all and I traded him for some coral frags. About 2 months later the grape started coming back so I got another yellow tang and he ate it all. I've kept this one so I have no more grape at all now. I've heard that it's hit or miss to whether or not the yellows will eat it, but I've had luck with two of them. There will definitely be scuffling at first, but they should pair up after a while. So you recommend to go for it then? What is the minimum size tank that I would have to have for 2 tangs? ~m "Wayne Sallee" <Wayne@WayneSallee.com > wrote in message news:TtOph.10081$yx6.322@newsread2.news.pas.earthlink.net... > There will definitely be scuffling at first, but they should pair up after > a while. > > Wayne Sallee > Wayne's Pets > Wayne@WaynesPets.com > > > Mike Lawford wrote on 1/12/2007 2:56 AM: >> HAHA - excellnt - I think I will get one of those! >> >> But will a yellow get on with my hippo - who is already getting quite big >> and is very boisterous! >> >> Mike >> >> >> "Wayne Sallee" <Wayne@WayneSallee.com> wrote in message >> news:GDDph.13321$X72.24@newsread3.news.pas.earthlink.net... >>> Yea, of all the caulerpa, they like grape the best. >>> >>> Wayne Sallee >>> Wayne's Pets >>> Wayne@WaynesPets.com >>> >>> >>> Darrin wrote on 1/11/2007 10:20 PM: >>>> I had some grape caulerpa that almost completely took over my tank. >>>> I scrubbed the rocks twice and it still came back, until I got a yellow >>>> tang.
