I had a bad outbreak of the brown flatworms so i tried the Flatworm Exit from salifert. It worked great. Stressed corals a little but everything survived fine. Just be sure to follow instructions to the letter.

Freshwater dip is OK, but you'll lose a lot of beneficial bacteria. You just pull it out of your tank, and inject freshwater into holes. I think it's better way. Good luck!
