I notice that the RO/DI water I make feels a little slimey to the touch. I can see the slime also when I eyedropper feed the tank. Also seems like little floating slime at the tank surface? Is this normal?

How long has your system been running? Are you on municipal or well water? RO\DI water should be clear, colorless, odorless, and nearly tasteless compared to tap water.

try a TDS meter for readings and then I'd change the elements for my readings are 210ppm before and 7 or 8ppm after and it looks and feels perfect. Robin
