Koi, see the previous post (assuming the info is true).
We had some legal issues with some trolls that came from a plaintiff
trying to dig up dirt, we proved that the address of the computer
posting the information was from the plaintiff, the court agreed and
the plaintiff was sued for the very thing he had sued us for and the
court awarded a 50,000$ judgement to us.
Trolls need exposured so that everyone knows who they are and how they
talk, operate etc.
We all need to know who the Trolls are. Others might get duped.
Sad reality to some degree.
I agree with not feeding them, but exposure and addresses, their ISPs,
police records and many other things can make them shoo away rather
quick. Then it's no longer fun when the folks go after the troll rather
than bicker amongst ourselves.
They don't like that we have found their personal info and there are
some legal things you can do if they bug you enough. But you need the
personal info to do so.........now you have an idea of how to go after
them if need be.

account and neither do any of his other victims from what I have seen.

Roy Hauer is two faced as well as a troll. He uses other people names when
attacking and slandering someone or using profanity or posting his sexual
fantasies etc. Then he's is sweet as pie when using his own name/nym. It
may take awhile but sooner or later everyone will know what he is and what
he's doing.

the troll based on IP. Then I realized the thread was not imposter
versus respondent, but just the troll throwing invectives to himself.
I suggest you modify your disclaimer.
I think the nasty language and attack feeling is a safer guide.

IPs and impersonating everyone.
In short I don't think mentioning Earthlink as the source IP covers
the waterfront.
I would just leave out the last sentence "posting through

No, it's ONE PERSON " impersonating myself and others at this time." There
are a bunch of trolls that were cross-posted in. I checked the IPs.
They're not attacking or impersonating anyone on these groups. The other
profane lewd troll was posting from several different IPs but he was from a
religious NG. That was a different person altogether.

There's nothing to stop them. But in the case of the "impersonator" we have
here, there is no need to do that as Earthlink allows abuse. Most large
ISPs from what I have seen allow abuse unless the law becomes involved.
It's greed over everything. Some of these malicious people use a number of
free services, post through Google or use proxy servers or remailers to hide

At this point I think we should do as others on the other NGs are doing and
just ignore him completely. Post around him.
Today I moved 1/2 the diamondscale butterfly koi fry into the freshly set up
680g grow-out tank behind the house. It's so difficult to work with such
tiny fry and not hurt them. I use a soft fine net. I have the other 1/2 to
move this week some time. They'll grow a lot faster in the larger tank and
it has better filtration. In the 150g that they were in I also found at
least 20 baby newts, several long disgusting leeches and two large Dragon
fly nymphs that eat baby fish.

Speaking of water. I'm here in middle TN and our summers can be very
rainless but hot and humid; like being in a closed up greenhouse.
Thunderstorms race through dropping little rain in summer. I use all the
"used" pond and tank water on my garden and flower beds. This spring has
been cooler and wetter than usual so everything is lush and jungle-like. As
I type this my koi are breeding again. I'm starting to produce more koi
than I can sell or trade now. It is a self supporting hobby though unlike
my old dollhouses and miniatures hobby (very expensive) or quilting.

Koi, Regardless of what he means, I think attacks of any kind are just
spaning the kid and that is a turn on. I think being ignored is worse
to him. I and others have tried contacting his IPs, some have posted
where he lives, many have given back attacks. I think the best policy
is to "not feed the troll" that is no attacks, no nasty words, no
threats. As I have said several times, I think we need to consider

Why does Carol behave as she does?
Carolyn Adamo Gulley of Mt Juliet Tn. Is a life long underachiever.

look at someone that tries to run 26 miles right off the bat,
with no training, and keels over, and say, "See? Now we KNOW that
runners are screwed up!" No, we don't. Or shouldn't. But that's
the kind of currency that the Carol's and PB's of the newsgroup deal in.

I have no interest in checking any background, I look at what is
being said. I am not an expert in fish, but have some experience and

FYI. The person who posts this same slanderous message and the endless lies
concerning myself and my family is Antonio L Santana (anyone curious who he
is can Google Jabriol) of Camden NJ. He has been trying to find, goad or
incite someone (like Roy Hauer of AL) to come out to our home to harass us
or worse for almost a year. He has posted that I want to die and suggests
someone come to my home "to help her out" (help me commit suicide). It's
all archived as proof. He's a sick sociopath who is hoping someone comes
out here and either gets killed or injured as we are well armed and have
several dogs, or kills or harms me or one of my loved ones. He's been
reported to the Police in both Camden NJ and where I live so they know what
he's doing and have copies of all his messages.

impersonate others who post here. It also lets newbies know there are two
Koi-Los on these NGs, whether they decide to post or not.
I've tried other NRs and can't get them configured to connect to my NSPs.

I think it is wrong to run from the troll and am glad Koi-Lo aka
Carol, continues to point out that we are bombarded by an imposter.
I hope she doesn't get too close to feeding the troll with invective.
I don't know what the troll sees as feeding, invective, dirty words,
or outright attacks. I suspect silence is the best treatment.
